This Transfer Document is subject to Terms and Conditions for Hire of Equipment, stated in the CEVA Materials Handling Pty Ltd Service Agreement and can only be implemented if a Service Agreement has already been signed by the Transferee. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to check all transfers processed onto their account for accuracy and completeness. If there are any queries regarding any of the transactions then please contact CEVA Pallecon Customer Service Staff within 60 days. Failure to raise any issues within 60 days from the date of the transaction, will be deemed that the receiver has accepted the transfer.
